Contact

Talk to a person who knows the business.

No contact form that disappears into a queue, no sales sequence. Write, and you get an answer from someone who has stood behind an appliance counter.
What to say

Four lines is plenty.

  • Which store, and how big

How many people are on the floor, roughly how many appliances go out in a month.

  • What you run today

Clover, another register, a spreadsheet, paper — all of it is a normal answer.

  • Whether you deliver

Own trucks, contracted crews, or customer pickup only. It changes how the trial is set up.

  • What is hurting

The thing you would fix first. That is usually where a trial starts.

What happens next

A trial with your own stock in it, not a demo account.

  1. Step 1

    A call, or just email

Twenty minutes to hear how the store actually works. If it is not a fit, we will say so.

  2. Step 2

    Your catalog loaded

Products, vendors and stock imported from whatever you have, so the screens show your models, not samples.

  3. Step 3

    A real Saturday

Run it alongside what you do now. Keep it if it made the day easier.

Support is the same address — say which store you are and what screen you are on. For anything urgent on a delivery day, write urgent in the subject.
